alex can definitely find her wearing the chocobo kigu because holy shit are they comfy. ]

It's not too bad. A little dry.

At least there's plenty of choice here. If you don't like that one, you've got a whole collection of others to try.

[ she reaches over and plucks one of the cheesey romance novels up off the table and squint at the blurb. on a scale of one to twilight, how bad are we talking here? ]

[ bless these things to help her get over a not good awful weekend. and you know those real cheese romance novels where "fabio" could have starred in? that bad. ]

Thankfully. [ she flips a page and frowns before closing it. ] There are a lot of books that I don't recognize from home so I'm really interested in those.

[ she picks up the absolutely worst looking one and flicks through it. ]

There are some from our homes as well, I think. Whatever that's meant to signify.

... It's marketing itself as a bookshop, isn't it? They usually try and tell you want they think is good. Or profitable for them, I guess.
