It's pretty natural way to want to comfort people? [ like hugging a girl because a boy she was close with just got shot out of an airlock and she's sad. ] And sometimes just being there physically the most direct way to help. Moreso than just talking things out.
And instead we all get to lose our senses this week.

I don’t know if these are technically escalating or not—- [ losing eyesight is one thing, but getting by without a sense of smell or taste is possibly more doable? she’s not sure. ] —- and if they are what that means. But I’ll take this over everyone knowing how I’m feeling at any given moment.
