It’s... well. I know you’ve forgotten the priest thing, but it’s supposed to be related to Christianity. As well as promoting good health, long life and overcoming enemies.
[ she smoothes her thumb over the stone gently. ] It’s just a stone, but it was interesting. And a nice idea, at least.
[ well the first part just nets him a smile, and she fiddles with the stone on the bracelet again. ]
Were you all together for that time? I don't know if all of them work the same, but I know the group I was in was split in two and apparently found each other eventually.
[ did hilda and alyssa also experience the same things? she doesn't know, and she's not really close enough to them to ask. ]
[ ah. she can figure from context that must be the name of his son. she shifts her hold on his arm from the bracelet to hold his hand, lacing their fingers together. ]
So very similar to the two of you, then. Raising a child for the same amount of time.
[ no wonder Hilda had just burst into tears when she came back. ]
[ she squeezes his hand. really, at what point is it okay to ask the details here. he’s said enough she can figure out what had happened in the end, but asking outright “what happened to him” seems too much. or at least too soon?

I guess her and Alyssa will have more of an understanding of everything that happened. But... it is good to know what happened to the other people who went to the same place as you did.

It was funny - we heard a lot about their daughter throughout the years. Apparently she attended the same school as Kaiza.
