[ i'm hoping at this point they're all wearing some kind of flower crown while this is happening. ]
... I do actually have two things I want to talk about.
Firstly, have you all heard about what happens if a team hits zero participants? If they do, their leader loses all their powers and becomes a participant themselves. And we can't revive the lost team.
[ and... um. ]
I'm guessing you've heard about that final report as well? [ ... ]
I think, at this point, if any of us don't know each other's teams, we should probably share the information. [ she glances over at emet-selch: ] If that's alright.
We've only got a couple of weeks left and we should probably be prepared for things to get messier from here on out.
And I didn't know that first part, either. That's pretty bad...but I know my team is doing alright as far as participants go. Is there one that's running low?
Someone told me about it on Friday. Between the trial and the poison I didn't get a chance to mention it, but... this is apparently the second time we've done this. [ and she looks supremely fuckin' uncomfortable because having the fact she forgot everything, twice, dumped in her lap sucks actually. ]
We all chose to repeat this, at the cost of our memories, because we lost too many people last time.
... And yes. I think we're split - two teams are fine, two teams are middling, and two are dangerously low.
[he just nods, not particularly surprised at all this.]
From my understanding, the previous situation was that half of the participants could not be saved, and this was deemed unacceptable-- but this is the last chance there is. I believe it has been implied this is not necessarily only the second.
[listen he's still dealing with the implication that it might have specifically been them, because agreeing to this doesn't sound like him?? was he dead???]
Mine is-- a transformation. I believe Hansa is the only one of you who is aware of its shape, but I suppose I could attempt an artistic representation as well...
In either case, I suppose I am now capable of being quite large if needed.
Oh. Wow, you can turn into that? [oh boy] Well, that's going to give everyone the shock of a lifetime. It'll be cool to finally see you like that up close, though.
serious conversation time

[YEAH HE DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT THAT]
[Also he is totally wearing a flower crown.]

So, we get it right or that's it. We really can't afford to mess things up.
[ give her a second here, emet. you've just told her she probably lost her memory mcfuckin' many times. (simple dog noises eeeeeeeeeee) ]

[but, well, speaking of getting everything in order--]
Ah- come here a moment.
[he's just pulling her aside a moment to tell her what his team is, it's been long enough.]

One time, I can believe. But over and over again? That's just pure torture.

[because, again-- even if he would prefer to see this group return alive, it just doesn't sound like him to give up everything.]

[EXCUSE ME?]
[Hansa just. Stares for a very, very long moment.]
So...wait, this isn't...we're doing this again?
[He shakes his head in disbelief.]
Ergh...this is a headache and a half.
no subject
That's one way of putting it.
no subject
Well, I guess it is what it is. I can't even be surprised anymore.
no subject
Maybe be a little surprised. We need to not get too laid back about it so we don't mess this up permanently.

Oh. Same as her, huh...

... So.
Our teams are likely the biggest targets right now.

Well, it sounds as if it would be unwise for anyone to target you, then.
